When I was hitting my teenage years, I reached a really dark time in my life.

Abuse, coupled with a lack of hope, left me struggling to find direction and keep going.

One day as I was walking through nature, a conscious thought passed through my mind: “God, I don’t know if you exist, but if you do, I’d like to know you.”

When I got home there was a message for me online from a stranger. He had a message from Jesus.

God saw my brokenness and my future and for the first time I felt real love and hope.

I accepted Jesus as Lord and my life began changing immediately.

Because I know God’s intention and love for who I am, I never feel alone, without direction, and can love freely.

I can only hope that others have the same experience because of the relentless love and attention of God.

If he can find a way to a wayward daughter like me in the darkness, and turn my ashes into joy, then there is nothing but possibilities of what he can do for you.
