How do each of the major religions view God?

Many people assume that all the major religions of the world represent something that’s true of God. The idea is, combine them all and you have a good picture of God.

What surprises many people is that the major religions have opposite views of God … not complementary.

For example, New Age Spirituality teaches that everyone should come to center on a cosmic consciousness, but it would require Islam to give up their one God, Hinduism to give up their numerous gods, and Buddhism to establish that there is a God.
