Does God love someone who is LGTBQ?

Many people assume that God has certain qualifications if he's going to love someone. But that's not what God says.

He has a love for all people that is unconditional and loyal.

Unlike anything else you have encountered, a relationship with God does not begin with you filling in the blank, "Accept me because…" It starts with God saying, "I accept you." "I welcome you." It is most clearly exemplified by Jesus.
